At Monta Flora we artificially inseminate our entire herd each year with the best semen we can buy in order to build a solid and productive herd that performs again and again. We predominately use top North American sires along with high performance Australian bulls with a focus on low birth weight, high growth rate, carcase weight and we pay particular attention to animal quietness in our breeding program. All our animals have estimated breeding values for docility and are guaranteed under the national Limousin Assurance programme. We breed Apricot, Red & Black animals with an emphasis on polled. We aim to keep our bulls very reasonably priced in order to allow all commercial breeders to participate in the production of high quality cattle.
